Villa Joya has three - all airconditioned and furnished - units available for rent that can accommodate up to a total of 4/5 people. Each unit features a tastefully decorated bedroom, with queen-size bed, reading lamps, make-up table, bed-side tables, and a dresser, a bathroom, a spacious living room, with 2 sleeper sofas, furnished with a dining table and chairs and TV. A fully equipped kitchen, including stove, refrigerator, cooking and dining utensils, and a patio looking at a beautifully landscaped garden of tropical trees.
Villa Joya operates under the honest and genuine Turkish hospitality principle. Villa Joya does not discriminate based on gender, race, religious affiliation (or lack thereof), age, national or ethnic origin, number of guests, number of nights requested, male/female composition of the group, or in any other way for any of the services it provides - so long as the guests also follow these principles, use Villa Joya only for ligitimate vacation needs, observe and honour all other guests' rights to a peaceful and pleasant vacation. |

| Villa Joya is located in Gundogan Bay of Bodrum peninsula at the southwest corner of Turkey along the Aegean coast. Gundogan, literally meaning sun rise, is a quiet and lovely beach town, located about ten miles northerwest of downtown Bodrum. While all water sports activities, such as windsurfing, parasailing, as well as many small specialty shops, restaurants, drinking establishments, and a couple of night clubs available on the beach, Gundogan remains as one of the few quiet and peaceful bays in the Bodrum peninsula. In fact, Gundogan, due to its relative tranquility, peacefulness, and upscale accommodation facilities and clientele, is frequently visited by dignitaries and diplomats. |
