Torba is a suberb location and has a reputation of being a sort after area within 5 km of the hustle and bustle of Bodrum and is just a 25 minute drive from the airport.
Although Torba is a small fishing village if you walk down to the centre, you will find a long line of narrow beaches. They are definitely worth exploring and are all owned by the various restaurants and shops directly in front of you. There is also sailing, fishing, water sports and diving available on the beaches.
The harbour is where all the main activity takes place and a small beach runs along the whole length of Torba Bay and is free to use.
There is a large supermarket within a 15 minute walk from the villa and a small one within a 2 minute walk which will sell all the basics you will need for your stay.
There are many restaurants to try in Torba, serving such dishes as mezes, fish and meat and pizza's can even be delivered to you. |
