| The Miyos Apartment is located in the tranquil village of Gumusluk. It is part of a small exclusive development of 4 villas and 2 apartments. The swimming pool is shared with the ground floor apartment. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious kitchen/dining/living area is open plan and fully equipped to meet all of your holiday requirements. The living area leads onto a large mezzanine sun terrace which is equipped with plenty of comfrtable furniture for your relaxation. The Aegean sea views from this apartment are spectacular. |
The master bedroom is equipped with twin beds and has plenty of storage. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the family bathroom with shower is opposite. Both bedrooms have access onto the mezzanine terrace.
The spacious living area is open plan and has comfortable seating, a TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor and dishwasher.
The terrace is equipped with dining table, chairs and sun loungers.
The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating.
All linen and towels are provided however guests are requested to supply their own towels for the pool and beach.

Gumusluk is the oldest settlement on the Bodrum Peninsula and offers calm waters and beautiful sheltered bays, ideal for snorkelling expeditions, fabulous country walks and fine fish cuisine. Gumusluk offers all of this and maintains its unspoilt charm.
The Bodrum Peninsula offers unique natural beauty, four seasons and a climate with no humidity. The area has many busy market towns, typical fishing villages and stunning scenery. The whole area is steeped in history, with many ancient sites to visit. Bodrum itself has over 5,000 years of history, the Mausoleum is Bodrums oldest antiquity and as built by Artemisi II in honour of her husband King Mausolos. It was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world.
The ancient Amphi-theatre is perched on the hillside overlooking Bodrum and was built between 300 - 30BC. The castle of St. Peter is one of the finest museums in the region.
The busy town of Bodrum is a hive of activity with many market stalls and friendly locals. The restaurants and bars are excellent and reasonably priced. Bodrum is famous for its leather goods, glass beads, carpets and natural sponges.
Ther are many beaches in the area offering water sports.
The Greek Island of Kos is 20 minutes from Bodrum by Hydrofoil and trips can be arranged daily. |
